Tier 1 — Maintenance
4 hours per month. Suitable for static marketing sites with low change rate. Covers monitoring, security patches, and a couple of small updates.
Tier 2 — Active
12 hours per month. Suitable for active web applications. Covers everything in Tier 1 plus small feature additions and a monthly performance review.
Tier 3 — Continuous
40 hours per month. Suitable for production systems with continuous change. Effectively a part-time engineer on retainer.
Pricing range
Tier 1: ₱20,000/month. Tier 2: ₱50,000/month. Tier 3: ₱150,000/month. Unused hours roll over for one month.

Critical issues: within 4 business hours. Standard requests: within 1 business day. Scheduled work: agreed week-by-week.
