Getting Started with Robsky

This page describes how a typical Robsky engagement begins. Every project is different, but the workflow below covers the majority of new conversations.

AI Consulting

Honest assessment, ROI modeling, and pilot scoping for owners new to AI.

AI Integration

LLM, RAG, and agentic systems wired into your existing workflows.

Custom Software

Web apps, internal tools, and business automation in a boring, reliable stack.

  1. Discovery call. 30 minutes, no charge. Bring the problem you are trying to solve. We will tell you whether AI is the right tool, what the rough scope looks like, and whether we are the right partner.

  2. Written scope. If both sides want to proceed, we send a written scope — deliverables, timeline, and fixed or estimated cost. Larger projects break into phases with a separate scope per phase.

  3. Mutual NDA, if needed. For projects involving proprietary code, customer data, or unreleased products, we sign a mutual NDA before any technical detail is shared.

  4. Kickoff and weekly cadence. Engagement starts with a 60-minute kickoff. From there, weekly check-ins with screenshots and live demos — never silent waterfall.

  5. Handoff. At the end of every project: full source code, deployment scripts, runbooks, and 30 days of side-by-side support. No vendor lock-in.

We use three engagement models depending on the work:

  • Fixed-fee for well-scoped projects — most marketing sites, RAG integrations, and prototype-to-production migrations.
  • Hourly for advisory and discovery — architecture reviews, code audits, and short consulting calls.
  • Monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance and AI advisory — predictable hours, predictable cost.

Pricing ranges per service are listed on each service page. Final quotes happen after the discovery call, in writing.
